1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the nustsr platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or otherwise utilizing our gaming services, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our platform and refrain from registering an account.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to immediately notify nustsr customer support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, any security breach, or any theft or unauthorized disclosure of your login credentials. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, until such time as you provide written notice to nustsr of suspected unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all nustsr accounts:

• Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the nustsr platform.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account to another person.
• You may not use your account for any commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party.
• You may not use automated software, bots, or other technological means to access your account or place wagers.
• You may not collude with other players or engage in any form of fraudulent activity.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

nustsr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. In such cases, nustsr may confiscate account balances, void pending wagers, and cancel bonus awards.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Requirements

Before placing wagers on nustsr, you must deposit funds into your account using one of the approved payment methods. nustsr supports various payment options including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized financial institutions operating in the Philippines.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and fund confiscation. You warrant that all funds deposited into your nustsr account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page. Most deposits are processed instantly, though bank transfers may require 1-3 business days for clearance. nustsr does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose its own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on nustsr are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, your financial institution will convert the amount at prevailing exchange rates, and you may incur currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

You may withdraw funds from your nustsr account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements, satisfaction of bonus wagering conditions, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically feasible.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are PHP 200 for e-wallet methods and PHP 500 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your account verification level and transaction history. Standard accounts may withdraw up to PHP 100,000 per transaction, while verified VIP accounts enjoy higher limits.

5.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing withdrawal requests, nustsr may require you to verify your identity by submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address dated within the past three months, and photographs or screenshots of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in withdrawal cancellation and account restrictions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our platform without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nustsr Philippines, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of nustsr services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

11. Dispute Resolution

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by nustsr of any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without nustsr's prior written consent. nustsr may freely assign or transfer these terms and any rights and obligations hereunder to any third party.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and nustsr Philippines regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
